Face and Presence Digital Workshop

The face is often the first thing we present to other people. It houses around 50 muscles that are prone to strain, tension, and stress. The lymphatic system also runs through the face where fluid can build up and hamper the immune system and this can leave your face feeling swollen and irritable.
Our goal is to expand the sense of mindfulness throughout our whole body and we find the face is often missed in fitness, yoga or relaxation routines. So, we are inviting you to join us on an intimate journey of discovery, presence and revitalization of the face through touch, acupressure and mindfulness meditation.
