Shipping, Returns and Order Terms & Conditions:

PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

We are not responsible for any lost, broken, or damaged items once items have left our warehouse.

Customer service is not available to troubleshoot any issue with USPS. The consumer is responsible for contacting USPS and filing a claim on their own.

If your package is returned or delivered to the wrong address because the wrong address was entered at the checkout, the consumer is responsible for paying a second shipping fee to get the product to their house. We do not refund orders if the wrong address was entered.

Currently we do not ship internationally.

For any order mistakes, including missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering at catawissafarm@gmail.com.

Orders ship within 1-3 business days.

If your order is incorrect, please contact us asap at catawissafarm@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos/proof that your order was not fulfilled correctly and we will take care of it.

If there is a quality issue, please contact catawissafarm@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving.
