Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

When your order ships. Orders ship within 1-3 business days.

Delivery. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are set by the carrier.

Shipping rates. Orders of $65 or more, after any discount, ship free. Below $65, standard shipping is $8.00 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Sheepskin rugs ship free.

Check your address. Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If a package is returned to us or delivered to the wrong place because of the address entered at checkout, a second shipping charge applies to send it again, and we are not able to refund the order.

Lost or broken packages. Email us within 3 days of the delivery date with your order number, and a photo if it arrived broken, and we will look into it with the carrier.

Returns. All sales are final. Our Refund policy lists the times to get in touch, such as an order that arrives wrong.
